Due to discontinuation of a particular part or colour, identical replacements may not always be available. In those rare cases, we will replace with the closest matching product and/or colour. Missized or outgrown products, as well as all RC Pets Toys products, are not covered under this guarantee.
To submit a claim, please complete the questionnaire in the link above and RC Pet Products will provide you with an authorization number and detailed instructions on how to get the product back to them.
